You do not need to consent to this Policy itself, but you acknowledge that you have read and understood its terms.
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 may provide you with additional rights. If you are a resident of Australia, Consumer Data Right laws may provide you with additional rights where applicable.

When you use or access the Services, we collect information in several ways, including information you provide directly, content you upload or generate, information related to payments and credits, communications with us, and information collected automatically from your browser or device.
When you create an account, sign in, or use account features, we may collect information such as your email address, username, profile image, display name, authentication method, account identifiers, verification status, and other information you choose to provide. We use information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect rights, prevent harm, maintain accounting and tax records, and resolve disputes.
We may disclose information collected through the Services to the categories of recipients described below. We are not in the business of selling your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as "sharing" or "selling"; where required, we provide applicable rights and choices.
We disclose information to service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, advertise, support, bill, host, store, and deliver the Services. These providers may include:
These providers may access or process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to applicable contracts and laws.
We may disclose personal information to government authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement officials if required by law, subpoena, legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, the Services, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed to advisers, prospective buyers, successors, or other parties involved in the transaction.
If you choose to interact with third-party services, connect third-party accounts, use third-party checkout, publish content, share outputs, or follow links to third-party websites, those third parties may process your information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy notices.
We may disclose your information when you direct us to do so or when you consent to the disclosure.
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information so it no longer reasonably identifies you. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information for lawful purposes, such as analytics, research, benchmarking, service improvement, and marketing measurement.
If you choose to publish, share, or make content public through the Services, that content and related information may be visible to other users or the public. You are responsible for the information you choose to make public.
We may store and process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
For users located in Europe, where personal data is transferred outside Europe to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, manage Assets and generation history, process payments and credits, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it is processed.
You may be able to delete certain assets, uploads, or account information through product settings or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
The Services are not intended for children or minors. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Movis Studio. We do not knowingly provide the Services to minors and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from children or minors under the minimum age required by applicable law without any required parental or guardian consent.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child or minor in a way that violates applicable law or this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you believe that a child or minor has provided personal information to us through the Services, please contact us at [email protected].
We are committed to protecting personal information and use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, secure storage practices, internal approval processes, monitoring, security reviews, and confidentiality obligations for personnel and service providers.
No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission is at your own risk.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please contact us at [email protected].
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. You can manage cookies and tracking choices through browser settings, platform-level advertising controls, and our cookie tools where available.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

We may disclose these categories of information to service providers and partners for business purposes, including hosting, storage, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, advertising, attribution, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under California law, even if we do not sell personal information for money.
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for your personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CPRA unless we provide the required notice and choice.

For users located in Europe, we may transfer personal data to service providers or organizations located outside Europe for the purposes described in this Policy. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms designed to protect personal data, such as standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy. If there is a conflict between this Policy and another agreement, the agreement that most specifically governs the relevant processing or service will apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update or modify this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technologies, service providers, advertising activities, legal requirements, or business operations. If you disagree with changes to this Policy, you may discontinue use of the Services or deactivate your account where available. Please review this Policy periodically for updates.
